Graycliff was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in the 1920s for Isabelle R. Martin – wife of Darwin D. Martin – as a summer home for the family on the bluffs above Lake Erie. Along with the work happening to restore Graycliff, their web presence was in need of a new beginning as well.
Starting with a new look and feel to compliment their recent rebranding, we also added a Content Management System (CMS) to keep their website updated with their restoration progress. However, the most significant feature of their new site is their custom ticketing and donations system.
From the customer's side – they experience an intuitive user interface. From reviewing tour offerings, to selecting a tour date/time, to checking out and ordering their tickets without ever leaving the Graycliff site. This seamless process makes customers more comfortable and confident in making a purchase online, inevitably leading to an increase of ticket sales and donations.
From the Graycliff side – their custom ticketing system seamlessly integrates with their custom CMS, allowing them to mange their tour offerings and tickets all within one place.
