Ingenious, Inc. was proud to attend the groundbreaking for the Lipsey Architecture Center Buffalo’s new facility at the historic Richardson Olmsted Campus. The event celebrated a visionary project that blends preservation and modern design — and we’re honored to be part of sharing LACB’s story as it takes shape.
Today, October 23, 2025, we were honored to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Lipsey Architecture Center Buffalo (LACB) building at the Richardson Olmsted Campus.
The project, designed by Höweler + Yoon Architecture, blends the adaptive reuse of an 1875 kitchen building with a striking modern addition — a perfect reflection of Buffalo’s balance between history and innovation.
The event brought together Judith C. Lipsey, Paris Roselli, State Senator April Baskin, representatives from Governor Kathy Hochul’s office, and many others whose vision has shaped this incredible initiative.
Ingenious, Inc. is proud to partner with the LACB and to play a role in sharing their story as this remarkable project comes to life.
