As a leading outpatient vascular clinic in Buffalo, it’s important that AccessCare have a website that reflects their prestige and professionalism, but also a website that is accessible and easy to use for their patients. To accomplish this, the site redesign had to consider both visual appeal/appropriateness as well as a streamlined user experience.

The visual design of AccessCare’s website is clean and professional without coming off as too sterile and thus unwelcoming. It evokes the friendliness, efficiency, and safety patients would feel if they were to visit AccessCare’s physical location. And the design of course adheres to AccessCare’s unique brand style, even implementing their custom brand pattern throughout the site.

The UI/UX were heavily considered in the redesign, so we can ensure site visitors are able to quickly and easily navigate to the site. The navigation was restructured to be more intuitive and the interface was made to be user-friendly. Visitors can access important resources like contact information, location, and conditions treated with minimal effort.

While site visitors’ experience is vital to the site’s success, we always take into account the management of the site as well. We implemented our custom Content Management System (CMS): Infinitus, so the AccessCare staff can easily and efficiently make updates and additions to the site.
