Additionally, they are the only Western New York clinic (and one of the only international clinics) recognized as a Credentialed McKenzie Clinic. This means that all of their therapists are at least credentialed in a method of assessment and treatment called Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. The use of the “McKenzie” system and the most up to date research allows their team to provide an unparalleled standard of conservative care.
Ingenious created a visually appealing and functionally useful website to provide their clients (and prospective clients) with quick access to the information they are looking for. And their custom content management system (CMS) allows the site to be easily updated. Their website includes photos and video shot by Ingenious at their location — to allow the website to virtually "introduce" their amazing staff to the public, and to share views of their interior space.
Elite also connected with Ingenious to assist with content creation for their website on an ongoing manner. This includes interviewing the Elite team on a regular basis for pertinent blog topics, and editing their provided content to make it more web-friendly. We have since established a workflow for maintaining a consistent stream of content to their blog several times each month.
Additionally, they engaged us to assist with online advertising campaigns, to generate a wider reach in their new client acquisition endeavors. We worked with their team to establish the parameters for the campaign – including the demographics of prospective client base, the service area focus of the campaigns, etc. In the first month alone, the online advertising more than paid for itself!
