Erie County Water Authority
The Erie County Water Authority (ECWA) is a Public Benefit Company formed in 1949 to provide a potable water supply to the residents of Erie County.
Ingenious was chosen to assist ECWA with creating a completely new web presence. Working in coordination with their internal web team (who had established internal applications for their customer base — paying bills, etc.) we developed an entirely new website architecture to allow visitors to find important information quickly and easily.
The key component to this successful endeavor was establishing a robust custom content management system (CMS), allowing their internal staff to easily control the website text and images: Add new meetings, insert large groups of resources in one click, provide alerts to residents, etc. — all while being accessible and functional.
