Sage Minds

Sage Minds is a mental health counseling practice based in New York, dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with greater self-awareness and understanding. Their approach focuses on meeting individuals where they are in their personal journeys and fostering growth through a deeper understanding of themselves and their environments.

When Sage Minds approached us, they had neither a website nor a defined brand identity. They needed a high-quality website to establish a strong digital presence, to better connect with clients, and to represent their values of providing a calm, safe, and hopeful counseling environment.

At the start of the project, we identified several key challenges and goals:

• Establish the essential elements of their brand identity—from logo design to color schemes to typography.
• Attract both clients seeking counseling services and clinicians looking to join the practice.
• Create clear opportunities for potential clients and clinicians to easily contact the Sage Minds team.
• Design the website to convey a sense of calmness, peace, and safety, aligning with Sage Minds’ mission to foster hope and support.

To achieve these goals, the new Sage Minds website features:

• Unique, thoughtfully-designed branding that reflects their core values. Brand elements include: a logo and brand pattern, a soft, calming, earthy color palette, and modern, legible fonts.
• Clean and engaging visual design that conveys the desired safe and calm user experience.
• An intuitive user interface, so users can explore available services, read about the team, and get in touch without any hassle, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

The website was built on our custom Infinitus Content Management System (CMS) which allows the Sage Minds team to easily manage and update site content. The CMS ensures that the website stays up-to-date while maintaining the functionality and design integrity we established, giving Sage Minds a robust and flexible online presence for the future.
